A Special Dining Event at Mystic Thai Kingston
Mystic Thai Kingston invites guests to experience Mystic Night Elevated, a special edition of its popular Friday night event that brings together Indian–Thai fusion cuisine, cocktails, and house music in one of Kingston’s most stylish dining settings.
Taking place on Friday, March 6, this edition of Mystic Night features a four-course elevated tasting menu created specifically for the evening, along with music by Kamal Bankay & Pietro.
Guests can begin the night with an intimate dining experience before the restaurant transitions into the lively late-night atmosphere that Mystic Night has become known for.

Elevated Indian–Thai Fusion Dining Experience
For this special event, the chefs at Mystic Thai have created a four-course Indian–Thai fusion menu that highlights the bold flavors and aromatic spices of both cuisines.
The evening begins with a refined amuse bouche, followed by a vibrant seafood appetizer, a rich curry-based main course, and a dessert inspired by classic Thai flavors.
Guests can enjoy the Elevated 4-Course Menu for 8,500 JMD per person, or reserve one of the limited Elevated Bistro Tables, which include four passes and a bottle for the evening.

Tandoori Shrimp with Tom Yum Reduction
Jumbo shrimp marinated in yogurt, Kashmiri chili, and garam masala, grilled tandoor-style and served over a silky Tom Yum beurre blanc. Finished with micro herbs and crispy curry leaves.
Course 3 – Main Course
Thai Green Curry Butter Chicken
Butter chicken enriched with Thai green curry paste, coconut cream, Thai basil, and fresh coriander. Served with jasmine jeera rice and garlic naan.

Thai Green Curry Paneer
Course 4 – Dessert
Mango Sticky Rice Cheesecake with Cardamom
Cardamom and saffron infused cheesecake topped with Thai coconut sticky rice and fresh mango compote.
