Held at the tranquil Mystic Thai Kingston, this experience is designed to help you release tension, clear mental fog, and reconnect with your inner compass. Whether you’re new to wellness practices or deep in your healing journey, Mystic Mornings offers a grounded, nurturing space for growth and renewal.

Facilitators:
Champa Prem – A seasoned healer with over 20 years of experience in vibrational therapies, Champa specializes in multi-instrumental sound baths that promote emotional release and nervous system balance. Her sessions combine gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred chants for a deeply immersive experience.
Natalie Murray – Founder of The Life Store JA and a passionate wellness advocate, Natalie brings intuitive energy, calming presence, and years of microdosing and mindfulness coaching to the space. Her facilitation encourages presence, emotional clarity, and alignment.
